Cholesterol special information
Results on my cholesterol:
Here are the results of my last blood test that I do every 5 years during the review at the health insurance center. It shows:
1) Decrease in overall Cholesterol: 1.72 g/l in 2014 (51 years) versus 1.86 g/l in 2009 (46 years)
2) Increase in the HDL / LDL ratio ("good cholesterol" / "bad cholesterol"): 0.46 in 2014 versus 0.45 in 2009
My cholesterol was already low, no worries on that side, but even in my case, liver cleanses have significantly improved my results, so I imagine that for someone that has higher cholesterol levels, the results would be even more interesting.
-> If you carry out liver cleanses, and have before/after analysis, I'd appreciate a copy as this would help to many people in the same situation.
25 years history:
Here's the evolution of my triglycerides and total cholesterol.
About every 5 years I undergo a full review as suggested by my health insurance center, so I have my blood tests for the years 1995 - 2000 - 2004 - 2009 - 2014 and 2019. There is a significant decrease between 2009 and 2014, at the time when I did many liver cleanses. The increase, that was continuous for at least 15 years, was stopped, and inversed without any medication. A little less attendance at liver cleanses afterwards and the rates go up without problem:
